การจัดการด้านการเงินของครัวเรือนในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา: ช่วงวิกฤตโรคโควิด-19

สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ได้ส่งผลกระทบต่อระบบเศรษฐกิจไปจนถึงความไม่มั่นคงทางการเงิน ของครัวเรือน ดังนั้นการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินระดับการจัดการด้านการเงินของครัวเรือน และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มี อิทธิพลต่อการจัดการด้านการเงินของครัวเรือนในช่วงวิกฤตโรคโควิด-19 โดยเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากประชาชน ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 382 ครัวเรือน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบ 2 ขั้นตอน และใช้การวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการ โครงสร้าง
ผลสรุปจากการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การจัดการด้านการเงินของครัวเรือนในช่วงวิกฤตโรคโควิด-19 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีประเด็นที่น่าสนใจคือ ครัวเรือนไม่มีการหารายได้เสริมและไม่มีการจัดลำดับการชำระหนี้ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลเชิง สาเหตุต่อระดับการจัดการด้านการเงินของครัวเรือนในช่วงวิกฤตโรคโควิด-19 คือ ระดับการศึกษา ประเภทรายได้ จำนวน รายได้ ประเภทการออมหรือลงทุน และจำนวนการออมหรือลงทุน ทั้งนี้ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับ การวางแผนทางการเงินของครัวเรือน และการปรับแผนทางการเงินเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับยุค New Normal ที่จะเกิดขึ้นใน อนาคต
