ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และพฤติกรรมการกระทำความผิด ตามพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ ของแรงงานนอกระบบในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์

การศึกษานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับความรู้และความเข้าใจ 2. ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการกระทำความผิด และ 3. ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ความเข้าใจกับพฤติกรรมการกระทำความผิด ตามพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ของแรงงานนอกระบบในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างครั้งนี้ คือ แรงงานนอกระบบในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ จำนวน 400 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัยที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัยด้วยค่า t-test, F-test and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation.
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 40-44 ปี การศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา มีระยะเวลาการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตมากกว่า 4 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน ใช้ในการดาวน์โหลด อัพโหลดข้อมูล 1) มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในระดับมาก 2) มีพฤติกรรมการกระทำความผิดอยู่ในระดับไม่เคย
3) ความรู้ความเข้าใจมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการกระทำความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์เชิงผกผัน กล่าวคือ หากแรงงานนอกระบบในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระดับมาก จะทำให้มีพฤติกรรมการกระทำความผิดน้อยลง ซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์
