การพัฒนารูปแบบศักยภาพผู้บริหารสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อผลิตผู้เรียน ตามความต้องการของธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมในยุคดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบ พัฒนารูปแบบ และจัดทำคู่มือแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้บริหารสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อผลิตผู้เรียนตามความต้องการของธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมในยุคดิจิทัล โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิด POSDCORB เป็นฐานในการกำหนดองค์ประกอบของศักยภาพ การวิจัยนี้ดำเนินการโดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย 3 รอบและการประชุมสนทนากลุ่ม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ กลุ่มผู้บริหารสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จำนวน 18 คน กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการประชุมสนทนากลุ่มสำหรับการประเมินรูปแบบ จำนวน 16 คน และ 2) กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการประเมินคู่มือ จำนวน 5 คน โดยในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติโดยใช้ค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบศักยภาพผู้บริหารประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบหลัก 23 องค์ประกอบย่อย และ 41 ตัวชี้วัด ขณะที่คู่มือการพัฒนาศักยภาพประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ (1) บทนำ (2) แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพ 7 หมวด (3) แนวทางการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ และ (4) การประเมินผลตามองค์ประกอบหลักของรูปแบบ ทั้งนี้ ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ พบว่า รูปแบบและคู่มือที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมและสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาผู้บริหารสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อผลิตผู้เรียนตามความต้องการของธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมในยุคดิจิทัล ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
