การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบ ACCAR–STEM เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหา สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) สร้างรูปแบบ 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและทักษะการแก้ปัญหา และ 4) ประเมินความพึงพอใจ งานวิจัยเป็นรูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development : R&D) ใช้แบบแผนการทดลองแบบ One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 2 ของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคชลบุรี จำนวน 12 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์และแบบวัดทักษะการแก้ปัญหา สถิติที่ใช้ คือ การทดสอบค่าทีแบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สัมพันธ์กัน (Paired Samples t–test) ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่ารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้มี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ หลักการของรูปแบบวัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้และการวัดและประเมินผล กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้มี 5 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ขั้นกระตุ้นการเรียนรู้และทบทวนความรู้เดิม (Activate : A) 2) ขั้นท้าทายความคิดพิชิตปัญหา (Challenge : C) โดยบูรณาการความรู้ในการแก้ปัญหาตามแนวทางสะเต็มศึกษา (STEM Education) และกระบวนการออกแบบเชิงวิศวกรรม 3) ขั้นเชื่อมโยงความรู้ (Connect Knowledge : C) 4) ขั้นการประยุกต์ใช้ (Application : A) และ 5) ขั้นการสะท้อนคิดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ (Reflection and Evaluation : R) ประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบมีค่า 82.21/81.05 ผู้เรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและทักษะการแก้ปัญหาหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ขนาดอิทธิพลมีค่าเท่ากับ 3.87 และ 6.84 ตามลำดับ แสดงว่ารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้มีอิทธิพลในระดับสูงมาก ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจระดับมากที่สุด (equation = 4.74, SD = .086) และครูมีความพึงพอใจระดับมากที่สุดเช่นเดียวกัน (equation = 4.67, SD = .113) ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถช่วยพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหาให้กับผู้เรียนอาชีวศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
