การบูรณาการปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในหลักสูตรอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างมุมมองจากคณาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยไทย

บทคัดย่อ
อุตสาหกรรม AECO กำลังเผชิญการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ยุคปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) อย่างรวดเร็ว อย่างไรก็ตามการบูรณาการAI ในหลักสูตรไทยยังขาดข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ระดับความคิดเห็นและประเมินความพร้อมในการบูรณาการ AI โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างคณาจารย์ในสาย AECO ทั่วประเทศจำนวน87 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น Cronbach’s Alpha เท่ากับ 0.92 ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคณาจารย์เห็นด้วยกับการบูรณาการ AI ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.52, SD = 0.48) โดยทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์และการคาดการณ์(Analytical & Predictive AI) เป็นส่วนที่ต้องการเน้นย้ำสูงสุด นัยสำคัญของงานวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่าสถาบันการศึกษาจำเป็นต้องเร่งปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและทักษะผู้สอนเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับแผนแม่บทปัญญาประดิษฐ์แห่งชาติ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินระดับความสำคัญของการประยุกต์ใช้ AI และสำรวจระดับความเชี่ยวชาญของคณาจารย์ในหมวดหมู่ทักษะที่แตกต่างกัน ในบริบทของหลักสูตรด้านอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างในประเทศไทย รวมไปถึงการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนและปัจจัยคงที่ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบูรณาการ AI ในหลักสูตร เพื่อเสนอแนวทางเชิงนโยบายสำหรับการพัฒนาการอุดมศึกษาให้สอดคล้องกับแผนยุทธศาสตร์ AI แห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2565–2570 การวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากคณาจารย์จำนวน 87 คน จากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่เปิดสอนในสาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา สถาปัตยกรรม ครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม และการบริหารงานก่อสร้าง โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการวิเคราะห์ขนาดอิทธิพล (Effect Size) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคณาจารย์ให้ความสำคัญต่อการใช้ AI ในการเรียนการสอนโดยรวมในระดับสูง โดยเฉพาะปัญญาประดิษฐ์เชิงวิเคราะห์และพยากรณ์ ด้านการประมวลผลภาษาและการจัดการเอกสารเพื่อสนับสนุนการวิจัยมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในระดับสูง
= 3.70 และ SD = 1.03 ระดับความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน AI ของคณาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับ L3 สัดส่วนร้อยละ 34.48 แสดงถึงความสามารถในการบูรณาการ AI เข้ากับการเรียนการสอนได้ สำหรับปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนที่มีอิทธิพลสูงสุดคือความจำเป็นของกรอบจริยธรรมและกฎระเบียบด้าน AI (
= 4.24, SD = 0.89) ในขณะที่ปัจจัยคงที่ที่สำคัญที่สุดคือความยืดหยุ่นของหลักสูตรต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี (
= 4.33, SD = 0.74) ทั้งคู่จัดอยู่
ในระดับสูงและการวิเคราะห์ขนาดอิทธิพลชี้ให้เห็นว่า มิติด้านความต้องการแรงงานและความเร็วของเทคโนโลยีมีนัยสำคัญเชิงปฏิบัติสูงสุด d = 0.41 สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงแรงบีบคั้นจากสภาวะภายนอกและอัตราเร่งของเทคโนโลยีว่าเป็นเงื่อนไขเชิงโครงสร้างที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการทำงานมากกว่าแรงจูงใจในการปรับตัว ขณะที่มิติด้านงบประมาณ ทรัพยากร และการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรมีขนาดอิทธิพลอยู่ในระดับเล็ก d = 0.20 ถึง 0.25 บ่งชี้ว่าข้อจำกัดเชิงโครงสร้างเป็นอุปสรรคที่ชัดเจนกว่าปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนเชิงนโยบาย ในขณะที่มิติด้านนโยบายระดับสถาบันและระดับชาติถูกมองว่ามีความสำคัญสอดคล้องกันโดยมีนัยสำคัญแตกต่างกันน้อยมาก d = 0.05 นอกจากนี้งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ยังมีการรวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะของคณาจารย์ โดยพบว่าคณาจารย์หลายท่านได้เสนอให้ภาครัฐและมหาวิทยาลัยจัดทำกรอบสมรรถนะด้าน AI ที่ชัดเจน การสนับสนุนงบประมาณ รวมถึงการพัฒนาทักษะความสามารถในการใช้งานเทคโนโลยี AI ให้สำหรับอาจารย์เพื่อเตรียมพร้อมต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต ผลการวิจัยนี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงความจำเป็นในการการขับเคลื่อน AI ในอุดมศึกษาสายอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างไม่ควรพึ่งพาเพียงทักษะเฉพาะบุคคล แต่ต้องอาศัยการปรับเปลี่ยนเชิงโครงสร้างผ่านระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ที่เชื่อมโยงระหว่างภาครัฐ มหาวิทยาลัย และอุตสาหกรรม ข้อค้นพบนี้ส่งผลต่อการกำหนดนโยบายเพื่อสร้างแนวปฏิบัติทางจริยธรรมที่ชัดเจนและการจัดสรรงบประมาณสนับสนุน เพื่อยกระดับหลักสูตรให้มีความยืดหยุ่นและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของภาคอุตสาหกรรมในยุคดิจิทัลได้อย่างยั่งยืน
