สภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการการบริหารงานเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาของประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการ การบริหารงานเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาของประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนและนักเรียน นักศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 17,151 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอนและนักเรียน นักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นว่า สภาพปัจจุบันมีการดำเนินการมากที่สุด คือ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ และด้านที่มีการดำเนินการน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านความรู้และทักษะทางวิชาชีพ สำหรับปัญหาการบริหารงานเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาของประเทศไทย ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนมีความคิดเห็นว่า ปัญหามากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการวิจัย และด้านที่มีปัญหาน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ ในขณะที่นักเรียน นักศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นว่า ด้านที่มีปัญหามากที่สุด คือ ด้านการวิจัย และด้านที่มีปัญหาน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านความรู้และทักษะทางวิชาชีพ สำหรับความต้องการการบริหารงานเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาของประเทศไทย ผู้บริหารมีความต้องการพัฒนามากที่สุด คือ ด้านความรู้ และด้านที่ต้องการพัฒนาน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านความรู้และทักษะทางวิชาชีพ ในขณะที่ครูผู้สอนมีความต้องการมากที่สุด คือ ด้านความรู้ และด้านที่มีความต้องการน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการวิจัย ในขณะที่ นักเรียน นักศึกษามีความต้องการพัฒนามากที่สุด คือ ด้านความรู้ และ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ และด้านที่มีความต้องการพัฒนาน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการวิจัย
