บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาสื่อบทเรียนออนไลน์สำหรับช่วยทบทวนก่อนการฝึกปฏิบัติ เรื่อง การถอดประกอบเครื่องยนต์เล็ก 2) หาคุณภาพสื่อบทเรียนออนไลน์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น และ 3) หาประสิทธิภาพสื่อบทเรียนออนไลน์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นด้วยการเปรียบเทียบค่าผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของกลุ่มควบคุม และกลุ่มทดลองเป็นพลทหารกองประจำการจำนวน 20 คน โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบแผนการทดลองจริง แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มละ 10 คน เครื่องมือในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ สื่อบทเรียนออนไลน์ ใบแผนการสอน ใบมอบหมายงาน ใบแบบทดสอบ ใบแบบประเมินการปฏิบัติงาน และใบประเมินคุณภาพ สถิติที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยนี้ประกอบด้วย การหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน (S.D.) ของเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ การหาค่า t-test ด้วยวิธีการ Two Sample for Means ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สื่อบทเรียนออนไลน์สำหรับช่วยทบทวนก่อนการฝึกปฏิบัติ เรื่องการถอดประกอบเครื่องยนต์เล็กที่ประเ มินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 ท่าน อยู่ในเกณฑ์เหมาะสมมาก ด้านปฏิสัมพันธ์มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.8 ค่า S.D. 0.30 ด้านการออกแบบมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.10 ค่า S.D. 0.49 ด้านการใช้งาน 4.30 ค่า
S.D. 0.44 และด้านเนื้อหามีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.80 ค่า S.D. 0.25 มีค่าประสิทธิภาพจากกลุ่มทดลองเท่ากับ 82.46% มากกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 ที่กำหนด เมื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบผลการเรียนรู้ของกลุ่มควบคุมกับกลุ่มทดลอง พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 0.05 โดยผลการเรียนรู้ของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม สรุปได้ว่าสื่อบทเรียนออนไลน์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพเพื่อทบทวนก่อนลงมือปฏิบัติจริงได้
