บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างและหาคุณภาพชุดฝึกอบรมเพื่อเทียบโอนความรู้ด้วยระบบออนไลน์ รายวิชาวัสดุอุตสาหกรรม หลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลผลสัมฤทธิ์ชุดฝึกอบรมเพื่อเทียบโอนความรู้ด้วยระบบออนไลน์ รายวิชาวัสดุอุตสาหกรรม หลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพด้านต่างๆของชุดฝึกอบรมที่สร้างขึ้น และนักศึกษาที่เข้าศึกษาต่อหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมอุตสาหการ (เทียบโอน) ปีการศึกษา 2566 โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (purposive sampling) จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบประเมินคุณภาพชุดฝึกอบรมแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (rating scale) 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วยการประเมินคุณภาพจำนวน 5 ด้าน คือ 1) คุณภาพด้านเนื้อหา 2) คุณภาพด้านวิธีการฝึกอบรม 3) คุณภาพด้านการวัดผล 4) คุณภาพด้านสื่อประกอบชุดฝึกอบรม 5) คุณภาพคู่มือการใช้งาน แบบทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับรายวิชาวัสดุอุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 80 ข้อ ซึ่งผ่านกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ ค่าความยากง่าย ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ค่าความเชื่อมั่น (KR-20) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบค่าที่ (t-test dependent) และ การทดสอบค่าที่ (one sample t-test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพชุดฝึกอบรมเพื่อเทียบโอนความรู้ที่สร้างขึ้นมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี ( = 4.38, S.D. = 0.52) 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์การฝึกอบรมเพื่อเทียบโอนความรู้พบว่า คะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
