The Development of Thai Script in Terms of Innovation and Education

Abstract

The Thai script is one of the cultural heritages that has long been significant to Thai society. The development of the Thai script in terms of innovation and education is an important approach to promoting effective learning and usage of the Thai script. This article focuses on studying the development of the Thai script in terms of innovation, such as digital technology, applications, and font design, as well as the integration of the Thai script in education to promote literacy among Thai youth. This research employs qualitative research methods by studying documents and case studies. The study found that the use of technology and digital media enhances the efficiency of learning and preserving the Thai script in the present era. Therefore, the innovative development of the Thai script is a crucial factor in fostering understanding and sustainable usage of the Thai script.
