Abstract

This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor-in-Chief. Reason for retraction: The authors have plagiarized part of a paper that had already appeared in Journal of Modern Approach in Education Research ThaiJO 2022, Vol. 3, No. 1, January – June 2022, pp. 33–42. One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. As such this article represents a severe abuse of the scientific publishing system. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process. The Editor apologizes to the readership for any inconvenience caused.


This research aims to study and develop an evaluation system for Buddhist studies at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The objective of the research is to propose guidelines for the development of the evaluation system for Buddhist studies at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The sample group used in the research consists of 1) 10 academic administrators or relevant professors. 2) Second-year undergraduate students from all four faculties of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University for the academic year 2023, selected through purposive sampling, totaling 132 individuals.


The research findings revealed that


Guidelines for developing the evaluation system for Buddhist studies at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University found that: 1) the evaluation system should be continuously developed, 2) research should be conducted to find effective evaluation methods, 3) training should be provided to faculty members on evaluation, 4) information technology systems should be developed to support evaluation, and 5) a holistic evaluation covering knowledge, skills, and promoting ethics should be implemented with student participation.
