Promoting The Use of The Thai Language at The International Level

Abstract

The use of the Thai language at the international level is an important issue both in terms of language preservation and enhancing Thailand's role on the global stage. This article aims to study the factors and approaches to promoting the use of the Thai language internationally by analyzing the roles of government and private sectors, as well as strategies that can be employed to make the Thai language known and widely used in a global context. The study's results indicate that promoting Thai language education for foreigners, developing technology that supports the use of the Thai language, and using digital media as important tools to expand the influence of the Thai language to the international level.
