The Study of The Efficiency of Online English Learning for Grade X Students Triamudom Suksa Nomklao School Samut Prakarn

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To study the state of the condition of online English learning among Grade X students Triamudom Suksa Nomklao School Samut Prakarn Province. 2) To analyze the efficiency of Online English learning of Grade X students Triamudom Suksa Nomklao Schoo Samut Prakarn Province.  3) To propose guidelines for enhancing efficiency in Online English learning of High School students.  This research is survey research.  The sample group consisted of 204 grade 10 students at Triamudom Suksa School, Nomklao, Samut Prakarn Province. The results of the questionnaires were obtained. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, finding percentage, and standard deviation.


         The results showed that


  1. Efficiency of online English was found in the overall aspects of online English learning of grade X high school students Triamudom Suksa Nomklao School, Samut Prakarn Province was at a very satisfactory level. (X = 3.58 S.D.=0.93). The online English learning measurement and evaluation of efficiency satisfaction (X = 3.69, S.D.= 0.96) were at a very satisfactory level.

  2. Online English learning management consists of environment, application, appropriate learning time, and planning were found in the overall aspects at a moderate satisfaction level (X = 3.47 S.D.= 0.97). The studying supplies are ready for online learning at a moderate satisfactory level (X = 3.75 S.D.= 0.86).

  3. Online English teaching activities were found in the overall aspects at a very satisfactory level (X = 3.61 S.D.= 0.87). The students get to know the programs teachers use to teach English in a variety of new and modern ways is a very satisfactory level (X = 3.72 S.D.= 0.93).

  4. Online English learning achievement was found in the overall aspects at a very satisfactory level (X = 3.55 S.D.= 0.90). The students have sufficient time to review lessons after studying English before studying for the next class was at a very satisfactory level (X = 3.63 S.D.= 0.94).

  5. The online English learning measurement and evaluation of efficiency found the overall aspects were at the most satisfactory level (3.69 S.D.=0.96). The students practicing their English skills in real situations, such as singing songs or watching movies in English through online media were at the most satisfactory level (X = 3.87, S.D.= 1.03).       

         The participants had the online English learning measurement and evaluation of efficiency most satisfactory level (X = 3.69 SD=0.96).  The second was online English learning activities were at a very satisfactory level (X = 3.61 S.D.= 0.87), followed by online English learning achievement was at a very satisfactory level (X = 3.55, S.D.= 0.90). Finally, online English learning management consists of environment, application, appropriate learning time, and planning at a moderately satisfactory level (X = 3.47, S.D. = 0.97).  Student efficiency was X = 3.58 S.D. 0.93, which was at a very satisfactory level of interpretation.
