บทคัดย่อ

ประวัติศาสตร์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยกับชุมชนได้เห็นช่วงเวลาของการมองโลกในแง่ดีและการกระทำที่เป็นนวัตกรรมตามมา พระราชบัญญัติมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ พ.ศ. 2547 กำหนดให้มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ดังนั้นภารกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น บูรณาการการศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับบทบาทมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกับความเป็นมหาวิทยาเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการสังเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า องค์ประกอบที่สำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อท้องถิ่น ได้แก่ (1) การศึกษาและการสร้างความรู้ (2) การบริการท้องถิ่น (3) การเชื่อมโยงกับองค์กรและชุมชน (4) การส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน และ (5) การสนับสนุนนวัตกรรมและการพัฒนา อย่างไรก็ตามปัจจัยสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเป็นมหาวิทยาเพื่อท้องถิ่น ประกอบด้วย (1) ความรับผิดชอบต่อท้องถิ่น (2) การสร้างและแบ่งปันความรู้ (3) การสร้างศักยภาพและทักษะ (4) ความร่วมมือกับองค์กรและชุมชน (5) การสนับสนุนในการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม (6) การสนับสนุนในการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต (7) การสนับสนุนในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรท้องถิ่น (8) การสนับสนุนในการสร้างองค์กรชุมชน (9) การสนับสนุนในการสร้างศักยภาพในการนำเสนอและการสื่อสาร และ (10) การสนับสนุนในการสร้างความเข้าใจและการมีส่วนร่วม
