ENHANCEMENT EFFICIENCE FOR PACKAGING STORAGE IN DURING THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

       This special project has been prepared with the objectives: 1) to study the process of storing packaging during the manufacturing process, 2) to reduce the time in searching for tray packaging, 3) to create a standard for storing tray packaging. The researcher has separated studies in three steps 1. Study the process of storing tray packaging and the condition of the storage area. 2. By redesigning the entire tray-top-shelf packaging layout with ABC analysis grouping, three Packaging Types IC were identified in an easily accessible hierarchy called “BGA”. tier 1 “TQFP” is on tier 2 and “QFN” is on tier 3. And the packaging is classified according to the list of manufacturer. Place the order of importance as follows: S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10. By apply visual control theory by designing display signs. 3. to create a storage standard by creating a tray packing guide.
From the research results found that : 1 before improvement has four factors are man method raw materials and condition of working and cause to took long time to find tray packaging.2. it was seen that the time it took to find the tray packaging was reduced before the improvement was 194 seconds the remaining pieces were 46.50 seconds, thereduction time was 147.50 seconds, or 76.03%, and there was still room left for the next batch of packaging. 3. Doing standard hand book for storage tray packaging for work.
