The objective of this research is to create and develop an application to control budget disbursement documents. Planning and budgeting work Planning and Cooperation Department Burapa Prachin Technical College To find the efficiency of the budget disbursement document control application. Planning and budgeting work Planning and Cooperation Department Burapa Prachin Technical College By collecting data by questionnaire from the population who are the Director, Deputy Director of Planning and Cooperation Department. Head of planning and budgeting, teachers, educational personnel Burapa Prachin Technical College, 37 people. Data were analyzed using percentage, Average, Standard Deviation.
The results of the research found that the application controls budget disbursement documents. Planning and budgeting work Planning and Cooperation Department Burapa Prachin Technical College Presentation of content Satisfaction is at the highest level. ( = 4.70 , S.D. = 0.50) Design ( = 4.64 ,
S.D. = 0.53) and usage ( = 4.62 , S.D. = 0.51)
