MODIFICATION OF CARS USING GASOLINE ENGINES TO USE ELECTRIC MOTORS

Abstract

The purpose of this research is intended to adapt the cars that use the gasoline engine to use electric motors. The quality of the vehicle modification using the soyin engine uses an electric motor, with five experts using the evaluation questionnaire to analyze the quality of the modification and then analyze data using average ( ) and standard deviation (S.D.).

The findings showed that 1) Modification of gasoline engine cars to successfully use electric motors, 2) The efficiency of the modification of gasoline engines using gasoline engines can reach a maximum speed of 50 km/h, capable of running at a distance of 65 kilometers per cent higher than the hypothesis prescribed by the project maker effectively to be used for purpose 3) The quality of the gasoline engine adapted to the electric motor was used by five experts, with an overall score of 4.71 at the highest level.
