The management guideline in small education to raise the high quality in vocational education.
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to develop a learning system that responds to the changes of the 21st century while presenting approaches that enhance educational management according to the policy of driving operations through four development agendas (8 Agendas). This aligns with the demands of the labor market and Education 4.0. It was found that developing Centers of Excellence in Vocational Education (Excellent Centers) is a key strategy for producing and developing skilled workforce. The policy "Learning Well, Living Well" emphasizes the integration of education with technology and promotes vocational learning anytime, anywhere through online platforms, alongside the development of a professional skills certification system (Skill Certificate). This initiative encourages income generation during studies, helping to alleviate the financial burden on learners and their families.
Moreover, it drives collaboration with the private sector, especially in the Dual Vocational Education (DVE for ALU) system, which allows students to develop skills and expertise through real experiences in workplaces while enhancing essential life skills. This prepares learners to adapt to the rapidly changing labor market. The outcomes from this management will enable educational institutions or smaller colleges to develop both teachers and students in tandem with technological advancements in today's world, aligning with labor market needs and producing quality workforce outcomes for society and the economy, while also being a positive asset for families.
