Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study risk management and audit quality control and operational success. and to study the effects between risk management and audit quality control on the operational success of limited companies in the Northeastern region. Data were collected from 230 limited companies in the Northeastern region by using a questionnaire as a tool. And statistics used in data analysis were basic statistics consisting of percentage, mean and standard deviation. And simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1) The executives had their opinions on the overall risk management at a high level. 2) The executives had their opinions on the overall audit quality control at a high level. 3) The executives had Opinions about overall operational success were at a high level. 4) Risk management had a positive impact on overall operational success and learning and development information technology relationship and communication skills and resource allocation significantly at the 0.05 level. 5) Audit quality control has a positive impact on overall operational success and learning and development information technology and relational and communication skills significantly at the 0.05 level.
