Abstract

     From the dynamic world changes and advancement of digital technology which impacted human learning in the 21st century, Hybrid learning by integrating learning technology is a learning management strategy, knowledge transfer, inspiration, and encouraging learners to enjoy learning with the use of teaching science and techniques, leaning management methods and technology media and various forms of learning activities suitable for the subject matters. It is the transmission of stories and contents in the educational system and can be presented employing multimedia technology and interactive technology. It is not limited to location, and it is according to the learner's potential. This enables learning in a dynamic learning environment by using technology to help in the Learning Management System (LMS)
