Abstract

This academic article aims to study the concept of winning people’s hearts from the perspective of Buddhism.


The results of the study found that humans are social animals who like to live together in groups and all want to be accepted, respected, and have faith in each other. When humans start to learn more about the world around them, they develop many skills and knowledge. The concept of winning people’s hearts comes from many factors, such as factors from the ideas of leaders, coworkers, the environment, or factors from external relationships. Winning people’s heart, therefore, means the ability to learn, understand, and be able to act for the happiness of oneself and others. Therefore, humans look for things to hold on to in order to live in the present by using the principles of Buddhism. Buddhism has teachings that can be put into practice very well. This is because humans are social animals whose nature is constantly connected and related, and they are directly and indirectly related. Winning people’s hearts therefore has principles and
