Application of Apirihaniyadhamma in Management in Chiang Mai Provincial Office of Buddhism

Abstract

This academic article aims to study the application of the principle of Apirihaniyadhamma in the management of the Chiang Mai Provincial Office of Buddhism. It is a documentary study.
The results of the study found that the principle of Apirihaniyadhamma is a principle that leads to prosperity, not decline, both individually and collectively. It emphasizes that everyone is responsible for the collective, leading to unity and mutual respect. In addition, the principle of Apirihaniyadhamma is a principle that encourages personnel to work effectively as a team in order to create a strong organization and achieve the organization’s goals. It is considered a new form of sustainable organizational development. Apirihaniyadhamma can also be applied in the management of various organizations, both the administrative and ecclesiastical sectors.
