Abstract

This independent study on the perception of Service Quality of Homestay in Uthai Thani Province. The purpose of this study were to determine: 1. To study the level of Service Quality of Homestay in Uthai Thani Province. and 2. To study the differences between personal factors and Service Quality of Homestay in Uthai Thani Province. and The sample population consisted of 400 People who use homestay services in Uthai Thani province., using nonprobability sampling technique that a researcher uses to choose a sample of Accident sampling method. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and One-Way ANOVA. The result of the study has found that, the sample population consisted most respondents were female, age 31-40 years old, single status, bachelor degree, Occupation: Civil servant/state enterprise employee, have monthly income 15,000-30,000 baht, and The purpose of the trip is to relax/change the atmosphere. and found that: 1. The level of Service Quality of Homestay in Uthai Thani Province. was at a high level. it was found that at a high level (= 4.10), sorted as follows: Service assurance ( = 4. 20)Security management (= 4. 20)Service care (=  4.11) Accommodation arrangement ( =4.09) in response to customer needs (= 4.08) reliability in service (= 4.06) and concreteness of service (= 3.95) respectively. 2. The differences between personal factors and Service Quality of Homestay in Uthai Thani Province. It was found that people with different genders had different opinions on the Service Quality of Homestay in Uthai Thani Province. at statistical significance at .05
