Abstract

This independent study on Factors Affecting the Decision of Truck of Sangthong Transport 2017 Co., Ltd. The purpose of this study were to determine: 1. To study the level of opinions about Factors Affecting the Decision of Truck of Sangthong Transport 2017 Co., Ltd. and 2. To compare the differences between organizational factors and opinion levels on Factors Affecting the Decision of Truck of Sangthong Transport 2017 Co., Ltd. and The population used in this study was representatives of companies that use trucking services of Sangthong Transport 2017 Co., Ltd. population and a sample of 50 people. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test and One-Way ANOVA. The result of the study has found that, Representative of the customer company Most of the survey respondents were of the type of business as a limited partnership, business size, number of employees 51-100 people and period of business 6-10 years. and found that: 1. The level of opinions about Factors Affecting the Decision of Truck of Sangthong Transport 2017 Co., Ltd.  was at a high level ( = 4.02),. it was found that at a high level, sorted as follows: safety (μ = 4.11), transportation cost (μ = 4.10), service frequency (μ = 4.09), tonnage potential (μ = 4.07), reliability (μ = 4.06) and transit time. (μ = 4.00) respectively. 2. the differences between organizational factors and opinion levels on Factors Affecting the Decision of Truck of Sangthong Transport 2017 Co., Ltd. It was found that the different sizes of businesses had different levels of opinions about factors affecting the decision to use truck transportation services of Sangthong Transport 2017 Co., Ltd. a statistical significance at .05
