Service Quality of Sanchaokaitor Agricultural Cooperatives Limited, Nakhonsawan

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the level of service quality 2) to compare level of service quality of the members of Sanchaokaitor Agricultural Cooperatives Limited,Nakhonsawan  classified by gender  age monthly income  education level membership period Number of times to use the service Service type 3) to study the problems and suggestions on the service quality  of Sanchaokaitor Agricultural Cooperatives Limited,Nakhonsawan. The sample group used in this research was 320 personnel , using questionnaires as a tool for data collection.The statistics used in the analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation by testing the hypothesis by using t-test statistics, one-way variance statistics (One-way ANOVA),  if differences are found by using LSD The results of the study show that Most the sample group of respondents were female, were 41-50 years of age, with monthly income 5,000 - 10,000 baht, Secondary education. Membership period   6 - 10 years, the number of times to use the service is in the range of 1-2 times. The type of service was a credit business. Level of service quality of cooperative, overall, highest level of service quality, the averages from highest to lowest was followed : tangibility aspect, client/member need response aspect, trustworthiness aspect , client/member reliability creation aspect, trustworthiness aspect , respectively. The respondents had opinions about problems and suggestions as follows: Provide more parking spaces for members. There should be more welfare for members. The cooperative's website should be created to inform the news. Put up a label to promote interest rates more clearly. should publicize the news more cooperative project
