Digital Ecosystems Towards a New Learning Paradigm in Higher Education

Abstract
Digital ecosystems in higher education are an important component supporting the development of learning in the digital age by integrating digital technologies into the teaching and learning process to enhance the efficiency of developing learners’ skills and knowledge in various skills required for the rapidly changing world of the 21st century. This digital ecosystem focuses on student-centered learning designs, integrating technology in teaching and learning, promoting flexible and collaborative learning, and using technology to reduce educational inequality. In addition, digital ecosystems help to enhance learners’ ability to prepare for the workforce by enhancing skills needed at both individual and societal levels. Therefore, the design of digital ecosystems in higher education plays an important role in changing the learning model from traditional learning to learning that emphasizes the use of digital technology to create learning experiences that can sustainably meet the needs of education in the digital age
