Abstract

     Multidisciplinary Research and Social Innovation Volume 1 Issue 1 (January-April 2025), which is the inaugural edition consisting of two research articles and five academic articles covering a wide range of topics related to education, engineering, technology, and innovation for sustainable social development. The main points in this first edition reflects the movements and trends of multidisciplinary knowledge integration, such as the role of teachers in integrated teaching and learning success at the primary level, guidelines for fostering creative leadership activities for students in industrial engineering, guidelines for developing skills in the ethical use of modern technology for learning for students in mechanical engineering, and  hybrid learning management for learners in the digital era, work-based learning management based on the automotive and parts industry group context, and the concept based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy to promote strong social capital.The multidisciplinary articles on technology and innovation deal with the application of the Lean  management to Increase efficiency in the industrial sector with the emphasis on the production process as a framework to promote an organizational culture focusing on continuous process improvement.


     Editorial Board of the Multidisciplinary Research and Social Innovation would like to thank the distinguished reviewers for rigorous and careful evaluation of articles      as well as authors’ contribution for quality works to the journal.The journal editorial board sincerely hopes that the body of knowledge from this journal will be useful to readers and the next issue of the Multidisciplinary Research and Social Innovation will be welcome.
