Financial Management Affecting the Efficiency of Treasury Management of the Chong Khae Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Takli District, Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract

Financial management plays a critical role in the efficiency of treasury management at the local administrative level. This study aims to investigate the financial management practices of the Chong Khae Subdistrict Administrative Organization and analyze their impact on treasury management efficiency. A qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The findings suggest that efficient treasury management strengthens organizational stability and supports sustainable local development.
